Most recipes call for using wanton/dumpling wrappers. Majority of major super markets have them in the Ethnic Food section. I would also check the frozen foods section where the ethnic foods are- they normally come in either circles or squares and in stacks of maybe 20 or so. The big variant with dumplings are the fillings.
